Get Ready for PULSE Miami Beach

A great way to know that Miami Art Week is in full swing is with the arrival of the PULSE Contemporary Art Fair, an unofficial signal that Art Basel is just around the corner. This 12th edition of the fair is returning to Indian Beach Park right here in Miami Beach and will be opening on December 1st through the 4th. PULSE Miami Beach has earned a reputation as a highly respected source for discovering up and coming artists as well as artists that are in the prime of their careers, all set against a contemporary art backdrop.

This year’s edition of PULSE Miami Beach will feature just over 70 distinct exhibitors. The entrance will feature work by digital artists Anne Spalter who will also be showcasing a piece called Miami Marbles. Consisting of a pair of large spheres showing abstract images of the city, the piece includes an accompanying app where the images magically come to life.

More than a quarter of the artists participating in this year’s PULSE Miami Beach will be new from the 2015 edition. The fair’s north tent will present work from established galleries, while the south tent will include single artist presentations eligible.

Indian Beach Park is located at 4601 Collins Avenue.
